One lesson, written out
60 minutes, block by block, with somebody who plays a little and has been stuck in the same place for a while.
Yours will not run exactly like this. The second block decides the rest of the hour, and I cannot write that part before I have heard you play. The shape holds, though, and writing it down beats asking you to book on trust.

You play, I listen
Half a song, one riff, the thing you always start with. I prepare nothing in advance, because a plan written for a player I have not heard is a guess.
10-15
One thing, named out loud
There is usually a single thing costing you more than everything else together: the chord change you slow down for, or a right hand that rushes whenever the bar fills up. We name it, and the rest of the hour is about that.
15-35
Slow, with a click
Down to a tempo where it comes out clean rather than the tempo the song happens to be at, then back up in steps you can hear. On the metronome from this site, so what you use on Wednesday is what we used on Monday.

Back into the music
A drill you can only play on its own is not finished. We put it back over a backing track to practise with, made from the song with your part turned down, so you hear where the phrase actually sits. Slowing that down keeps the pitch, so the chords stay where you learned them.

It is not a course. There is no syllabus, no certificate and no promise about week twelve, because I would be inventing all three. One lesson at a time, and you decide after each one.
